RETURNS POLICY

All items must be returned by recorded mail (as we cannot be held responsable for goods lost in the post ).the purchaser must pay the return fees. 
All wrongly ordered items requiring return and refund will be subject to the dispatch costs and a 20% handling charge being deducted from the subsequent paypal refund. 
all items returned to us because of delivery failure due to the wrong shipping information given to us or failure to collect from the royal mail collection point when a proof of delivery signature is unobtainable will be subject to the dispatch costs and a 20% handling charge being deducted from the subsequent paypal refund.
